Install steps
  1. Tap Download APK above and wait for it to finish.
  2. Open your Files app → Downloads → tap DataDoctor.apk.
  3. If prompted, allow Install unknown apps for Chrome/Files.
  4. Open Data Doctor, grant the phone & location permissions.
  5. Tap Run diagnosis, then Share report and send it back.
What it reads

Per-SIM carrier & registration, mobile-data on/off, which SIM is the data SIM, signal, network type, roaming, airplane mode, Data Saver, and a live internet reachability test — then suggests the likely fix.
